According to the invention, different doses of tea saponin are added on the basis of the daily feedstuffs of a dairy cow; and influence of the tea saponin to the serum biochemical index, the immune globulin and the immune factor of the dairy cow is inspected. The result shows that the serum urea nitrogen level can be reduced when the feeding dose of the tea saponin is 20-40g/d; the IgM content, the IFN-gamma content and the TNF-a content in serum can also be increased; the result shows that the tea saponin has the function of improving the immunity of the dairy cow organism, and therefore, the disease resistance of the organism is improved.
