The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises a polymer comprising a plurality of amine groups.3. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises a polymer comprising a plurality of amine groups and having a degree of polymerization of less than 300.4. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises a linear polymer comprising one or more amine groups.5. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises a branched aliphatic amine-containing compound.6. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises one or more quaternary amine groups.7. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the amine-containing anti-static agent comprises coco alkyl dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride.8. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the multivalent cationic metal ion is selected from the group consisting of Al claim 1 , B claim 1 , Cu claim 1 , water-soluble salt thereof claim 1 , or combination thereof.9. The pulp of claim 1 , wherein the multivalent cationic metal ion is selected from the group consisting of Al claim 1 , B claim 1 , water-soluble salt thereof claim 1 , or combination thereof.10.
