The first and second table sections are hingedly connected along a first hinge line so that the second table section is configurable between a deployed, opened position and a folded, closed position. PROCESS FOR TREATMENT OF A FLUID COMPRISING AN OXIDIZABLE CONTAINMENT

There is described a process for treatment of a fluid comprising an oxidizable contaminant. The process comprises the step of contacting the wastewater with a combination of: (i) a sulfide, (ii) a complex of Fe(III) and a chelating agent, and (iii) an oxidant. It has been discovered that of treatment of a fluid containing an oxidizable contaminant employing iron(III)-chelates as the Fenton catalyst may be significantly improved by including a sulfide in the reaction scheme. As described herein, by employing sulfide ion, the present inventors have been able to: (i) increase the rate of iron recycling from minutes or hours to a few seconds, and (ii) destroy benzene in an oil and gas refinery (OGR) wastewater in less than one minute. It is believed that these findings in OGR wastewater can be extended to other fluids containing other oxidizable contaminants. 1. A process for treatment of a fluid comprising an oxidizable contaminant , the process comprising the step of contacting the wastewater with a combination of: (i) a sulfide , (ii) a complex of Fe(III) and a chelating agent , and (iii) an oxidant.2. A plurality of magnets (10) are attached to respective different parts of the mouth of a human. A plurality of magnetic field sensors (26A-26F) are mutually spaced from one another and mounted on a support worn by the human. As the human speaks or makes voiceless mouthed speech, the magnetic field intensifies experienced at the sensors (26A-F) vary, because of the movement of the mouth. The sensors (26 A-F) detect the changing intensities and pass them to a processor (32). The processor (32) can use a variety of methods to analyse the signals from the sensors (26 A-F). The field intensity signals can be used for, for example, determining words spoken, control of equipment and identification of individuals. Where the human is incapable of voicing speech, mouthed speech can be analysed and converted to artificial speech.

There is described a process for treatment of a fluid comprising an oxidizable contaminant. The process comprises the step of contacting the wastewater with a combination of: (i) a sulfide, (ii) a complex of Fe(III) and a chelating agent, and (iii) an oxidant. It has been discovered that of treatment of a fluid containing an oxidizable contaminant employing iron(III)-chelates as the Fenton catalyst may be significantly improved by including a sulfide in the reaction scheme. As described herein, by employing sulfide ion, the present inventors have been able to: (i) increase the rate of iron recycling from minutes or hours to a few seconds, and (ii) destroy benzene in an oil and gas refinery (OGR) wastewater in less than one minute. It is believed that these findings in OGR wastewater can be extended to other fluids containing other oxidizable contaminants.
