A multi-supplement composition comprising:(a) a probiotic supplement;(b) a multivitamin and mineral supplement;(c) an antioxidant supplement; and(d) an anti-inflammatory supplement.2. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising a fish oil supplement.3.
