The process according to claim 1 , wherein said ink is applied onto said water soluble film by an ink application process selected from the group consisting of flexographic printing claim 1 , gravure printing claim 1 , lithographic printing claim 1 , and pad printing.3. The process according to claim 2 , wherein said ink comprises between about 35% and about 85% by weight water.4.
