The present invention relates to process of preparing rubber filler with oil-bearing sludge, and belongs to the field of environment protecting and solid waste resource utilizing technology. Oil-bearing sludge is produced into rubber filler through the technological process including wet or dry crushing, separating to eliminate 200 mesh over grains, wet grinding to reach powder granularity of D50not greater than 3.0 micron and D90 not greater than micron, dewatering the slurry to water content lower than 40 %, drying to water content lower than 0.4 %, and sieving to obtain powder smaller than 200 mesh as the rubber filler. The present invention can utilize oil-bearing sludge resource and is environment friendly.
