The invention provides a method for separating chemical components of daphne genkwa twigs, which uses silica gel column chromatography to deeply extract ethanol extract of thymelaeaceae daphne genkwa twigs through petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water saturated normal butanol so as to separate the chemical components.
