The invention concerns a method for using a carbamoyl fluoride as fluorinating agent. Said method consists in treating a derivative bearing a halogen-containing carbon, with a carbamoyl fluoride at a temperature not less than 70 ° C. and in maintaining the ratio between the sum of hydrofluoric acid (HF) and carbamoyl fluoride as well as between the sum of exchangeable halogen atoms, isocyanate functions and carbamoyl fluoride [(HF+carbamoyl fluoride)/(exchangeable halogen+isocyanate+carbamoyl fluoride)] at a value not more than 1.2; then in carrying out a catalysis process with tin, antimony and/or titanium salt. The invention is applicable to synthesis of fluorinated derivatives.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé contenant une aniline substituée par un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène dont l'un au moins est un atome de fluor, notamment une fluoroaniline, comportant une étape dans laquelle on soumet à une hydrogénation catalytique un composé contenant un nitrobenzène substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène dont l'un au moins est un atome de fluor, notamment un chlorofluoronitrobenzène, de façon à réduire le groupe nitro en groupe amino en substituant par des atomes d'hydrogène les atomes d'halogène autres que les atomes de fluor, étape dans laquelle ledit composé benzénique nitré est introduit de façon progressive dans une enceinte sous pression d'hydrogène contenant un catalyseur d'hydrogénation dans un milieu liquide de sorte que la teneur en composé à fonction nitro dans le milieu d'hydrogénation reste inférieure ou égale à 1000 ppm (en masse). Ce procédé donne accès à des fluoroanilines, notamment des difluoroanilines telles que la 2,4-difluoroaniline ou la 3,5-difluoroaniline, à partir de composés benzéniques fluorés nitrés, éventuellement portant en outre au moins un substituant chlore, avec des rendements quasiment quantitatifs.
