In one embodiment, the compositions promote immune tolerance in a subject. One embodiment provides autologous or allogenic red blood cells having whole protein(s) of interests conjugated to proteins on or within the plasma membrane of the red blood cells, wherein the conjugated proteins display at least one antigen to which immune tolerance is desired. The proteins are conjugated to the RBCs using carbodiimide chemistry. In a preferred embodiment, the whole proteins are conjugated using EDC in combination with NHS or sulfo-NHS.

A quadrature clock generator that takes advantage of the inherently low delay of a shunt-series inductively peaked clock buffer to generate quadrature clocks with the high jitter performance using just one additional stage in Q path compared to I path. The generator includes a delay cell that uses shunt-series peaking and uses a resistive DAC in series with the shunt inductor to provide a large delay range with good jitter characteristics. The resistive DAC can be placed near a real or a virtual ground to minimize capacitive loading on the signal path. This delay cell can provide greater than 2× delay tuning range and is suitable for clocks at high frequencies. This delay cell can also be used as a ring oscillator with large frequency tuning range. A low voltage differential signaling termination switch control that uses feed forward mechanism to control termination impedance of device in a receiver.

Each half shell comprises an inner skin on an inside of the blade shell and an outer skin on an outside of the blade shell. The blade further comprises a first spar cap located between the inner and outer skins of the first half shell and a second spar cap located between the inner and outer skins of the second half shell. The first and second spar caps are mutually opposed. The first spar cap comprises a plurality of side-by-side stacks of longitudinally-extending strips of reinforcing material, the stacks including at least one web-supporting stack and at least one non-web-supporting stack. The blade further comprises a shear web connected between the first and second spar caps. The shear web comprises a longitudinally-extending web panel and first and second mounting flanges, the first and second mounting flanges extending transversely to the web panel along respective longitudinal edges of the web panel. The first mounting flange is adhesively bonded to the inside of the first half shell in the region of the web-supporting stack(s) of the first spar cap and the second mounting flange is adhesively bonded to the inside of the second half shell in the region of the second spar cap. At a first spanwise location along the blade, the number of strips in a web-supporting stack of the first spar cap is different to the number of strips in a non-web-supporting stack of the first spar cap.
