Short-term probability load prediction method considering load time sequence

For the time sequence of the load, a short-term probabilistic load prediction model based on a quantitative regression neural network (QRNN) and an accumulative hidden layer connection (AHLC) structure is provided. The AHLC structure is connected with hidden layers of all prediction hours, and more information can be provided for a model output layer. The AHLC structure, other structures (a parallel prediction structure and a one-dimensional convolution structure) and operations (regularization, learning, advanced stopping, learning rate attenuation and optimal weight storage) in the model improve the accuracy of short-term probability load prediction. The proposed model is evaluated using a public data set. A numerical result shows that compared with an existing model, the AHLC-QRNN model has better performance.
