The invention discloses a method for preparing 1, 6-adipaldehyde, an obtained product and a reaction system, and relates to the technical field of fine chemical synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: mixing cyclohexene with a solvent, introducing ozone-containing gas, and reacting cyclohexene with ozone under the conditions of normal pressure and temperature of 70 DEG C below zero to 20 DEG C to obtain 1, 6-adipaldehyde; the solvent contains dimethyl sulfoxide and water. According to the method, the high selectivity of the green oxidizing agent ozone to olefin double bonds is utilized, cyclohexene is selectively oxidized in a mixed solvent system to prepare the 1, 6-adipaldehyde in one step, solid catalysts such as precious metal complexes and sodium periodate do not need to be introduced into a reaction system, and the preparation method is simple in process, green, environmentally friendly and free of pollution.
