A hanger for boots comprises a torsion spring coil 1 which extends downwardly to form front and the rear support legs 3, 5. The coil 1 can be received by a hook with a hook-shaped upper end (7, Fig 1) and a lower end formed as an eye (10, Fig 1). A yoke 8 may be used which has a pair of ends 14 and a balance point 13 midway between the ends; the two ends and the balance point may be formed as an eye wherein the balance point is received by the eye of the hook and the coil of each boot hanger can be received by an end of the yoke.
