The following operations and effects can be realized by the apparatus or method provided in the present invention: the gas material discharged from the polymerization reactor is condensed, after the gas-liquid separation, the resulting gas portion is recycled to the reactor to form a circulation loop; the condensate can be selectively introduced to the polymerization reactor, in order to achieve the free switch between the homopolymerization reaction and the copolymerization reaction or between different copolymerization reactions, and at the same time the condensate can absorb the heat generated by the reaction. By using the apparatus and method provided in the present invention, polyolefin products having excellent mechanical properties and processability can be prepared as needed.

The invention provides a fluidized bed polymerization reactor, including: a column, in which a liquid distributor and a gas distributor above the liquid distributor are arranged, so that the reaction zone being divided into a first zone and a second zone through the gas distributor; and a circulating unit for circulating the gas material originated from the top zone of the column into the bottom zone thereof in a form of gas-liquid mixture. The gas-liquid mixture is undergone a gas-liquid separation in the bottom zone, the gas phase portion obtained being fed to the gas distributor and then into the second zone while the liquid phase portion obtained being entered into the first zone through the liquid distributor, so that the temperature in the first zone is lower than that in the second zone. Therefore, polymer with a molecular weight distributed in a relatively wide range can be obtained. The invention further provides a method for preparing polymer.

The method combines a supported double catalyst with a series process, introduces a liquid material obtained after heat exchange and gas-liquid separation of a circulation gas flow into a separate first reactor to get into contact with the supported double catalyst for polymerization reaction, and then introduces the reaction material and the first polyolefin generated by reaction into a second reactor to continue polymerization reaction, thereby enabling particles to circulate between first reactor and second reactor, improving mixing effect of two polyolefins with obvious differences in properties, avoiding the occurrence of phase separation, and facilitating the production of polyolefins with excellent performance. At the same time, ethylene gas is introduced into first reactor to further reduce the hydrogen/ethylene ratio, increase the molecular weight of polyethylene and improve the product performance.
