SOLUTION: In the direct synthetic method of hydrogen peroxide, a catalytic solution is manufactured by adding a second noble metal salt to a solvent in which first noble metal colloidal particles are dispersed then reducing the solution, and hydrogen and oxygen are passed through the catalytic solution to be reacted to directly synthesize hydrogen peroxide. Here, it is preferable that the first noble metal is palladium, the second noble metal is platinum and the salt of the second noble metal is a hydrochloride or chloride.
