A method of receiving a downlink signal by a user equipment in a wireless communication system , the method comprising:receiving a first control resource set (CORESET) configuration including information regarding a frequency resource of a first CORESET and information regarding a CORESET time duration of the first CORESET; andreceiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal in one or more resource element group (REG) bundles on the first CORESET,wherein each REG bundle on the first CORESET consists of 2, 3 or 6 REGs of the first CORESET based on an REG bundle size of 2, 3, or 6,wherein the CORESET time duration is configured to be 2 symbols or 3 symbols,wherein the size of each REG bundle in a frequency domain is one resource block (RB), 2 RBs, or 3 RBs depending on the REG bundle size and the CORESET time duration,wherein the information regarding the frequency resource of the first CORESET is a bitmap which is specific to a first subband allocated to the user equipment among a plurality of subbands included in all bands of a corresponding carrier and the bitmap allocates the frequency resource of the first CORESET in the first subband, andwherein the bitmap allocates the ...
