The invention relates to a waste heat recovering system which comprises heating equipment, a first air guide pipe and a power generating pipeline, wherein the heating equipment comprises a heat radiating channel; the first air guide pipe is communicated with the heat radiating channel; the power generating pipeline comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which is sleeved outside the inner pipe; thermoelectric material modules are distributed on the pipe wall of the inner pipe; a gap is formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe; and one ends of the thermoelectric material modules extend into the gap, and the other ends thereof extend into the inner pipe.
