TOY PROJECTILE

A toy projectile apparatus and method are disclosed in which the apparatus may include an elongated body having a wall defining an open interior, a closed end and an open end. A base member may be positioned in the open interior and configured to be moveable along the length thereof. A spring may also be positioned in the interior of the body with one end contacting the closed end of the body and another end contacting the base member so that the base member is biased toward the open end of the body. A resilient member or cap may also be mounted on an exterior of the body at the closed end. One or more toy accessories may also be used in conjunction with the toy projectile apparatus. 1. An apparatus comprising:an elongated body having a wall defining an open interior, and having a closed end and an open end,a base member positioned in the open interior of the body and being configured to be moveable along the length of the open interior;a spring positioned in the interior of the body having one end contacting the closed end of the body and another end contacting the base member so that the base member is biased toward the open end of the body; anda resilient member mounted on the exterior of the body at the closed end.2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the elongated body comprises a tubular shaped body.3. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the base member has a diameter less than a diameter of the interior of the body.4. APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR STACKING GAME

A stacking or stackable unit or apparatus is disclosed along with an associated method for use of the unit(s) as, for example, a game and/or toy that includes two or more vertical stacked units. Each unit may include a top or upper surface, a sidewall extending from the upper surface, and a bottom or base. The upper surface may also be angled relative to the base and may be designed so that the upper surface of one unit may be mated/interconnected to the base of another unit. 1. An apparatus comprising:a plurality of stacking units, each unit including an upper surface, a base, and a sidewall extending from the upper surface to the base, the upper surface and base including one of a male or female interface whereby one stacking unit may be mated with another stacking unit to form a tower of units, each upper surface being angled with respect to the base, and at least one stacking unit of the plurality of units having an upper surface set a different angle than another stacking unit of the plurality of units.2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the upper surface of each unit is set at an angle between 1 and 25 degrees.3. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of stacking units comprises a tower of at least three stacking units positioned one on top of the other.4. The trigger assembly includes a swing arm coupled to the gun shell and movable between a safe position and a fire position, and a swing arm pusher extending from the gun shell and having an inclined surface. The compression assembly includes a compression chamber positioned within the gun shell and having a barrel opening and an opposite holder opening, and a plunger slidably insertable through the holder opening and movable between a retracted position and an extended position. As the swing arm moves toward the fire position, the swing arm engages the plunger and pulls the plunger toward the extended position. When the swing arm is in the fire position, the swing arm pusher deflects the swing arm from engagement with the plunger and the plunger is biased toward the retracted position.

A toy apparatus may include a frame and a shell that may extend over and around the frame so that the apparatus takes on the appearance of an animal or thing. The frame may support a power source, a motor, drive and support wheel(s), a controller, one or more sensors and/or switches, and an audio emitting device(s). The sensor(s) and/or switches may include one or more of a photo sensor; a pressure, touch or contact sensor; an audio sensor; or any combination of these or similar sensors or switches that are positioned on the “front” and “top” of the frame. The apparatus may also be positioned in and interact with one or more separate or interconnected environments. These environments may include one or more platforms or enclosures, ramp(s), “exercise” wheel(s) and other light or sound emitting devices.
