To prepare cellulose mouldings, a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amineoxide is moulded in a hot state and the moulded solution is introduced into a precipitation bath in order to precipitate the contained cellulose, wherein the hot moulded solution is cooled before introduction into the precipitation bath. Cooling occurs immediately after the moulding process and preferably consists of blowing air horizontally on to the cellulose moulding. The process according to the invention allows spinning of the cellulose solution with a high fibre density without the spun fibres sticking together after emerging from the spinneret. In spite of the high fibre density, it furthermore allows the use of a long air gap between the spinneret and the precipitation bath, by which means sufficient time is generated in the spinning process to affect the textile properties of the fibres by drawing at the die (Figure 1).

To give a cellulose marked body, a cellulose soln. is shaped while hot in a tert. amine oxide and the shaped soln. is fed to a pptn. bath. To prepare cellulose mouldings, a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amine-oxide is moulded in a hot state and the moulded solution is introduced into a precipitation bath in order to precipitate the contained cellulose, wherein the hot moulded solution is cooled before introduction into the precipitation bath. Cooling occurs immediately after the moulding process and preferably consists of blowing air horizontally on to the cellulose moulding. The process according to the invention allows spinning of the cellulose solution with a high fibre density without the spun fibres sticking together after emerging from the spinneret. In spite of the high fibre density, it furthermore allows the use of a long air gap between the spinneret and the precipitation bath, by which means sufficient time is generated in the spinning process to affect the textile properties of the fibres by drawing at the die.

The summary of the invention consists in the fact that cellulose dispersion in the water-oxide tertric amine mixture persistently is introduced into apparatus and is realized persistent motion of dispersion in form of layer with thickness of 1,5-15 mm distributed on the surface and heated up to temperature of 70-80°C at pressure 100-150 mbar during 3 - 4 min. Radial distance from mixing blades to inner wall of vessel is selected no more the 20 min. Inlet branch pipe for cellulose suspension is situated on the upper part of the vessel. The outlet branch pipe for homogenous solution of cellulose is situated on the lower part of the vessel.The apparatus also is equipped with the distributed ring installed on the mixing shaft for distribution of cellulose suspension on the inner wall of the vessel. The mixing blades are placed on the shaft having the possibiliy of angle inclination changing relatively to the axis of shaft.
