Disclosed is a method of manufacturing high quality lube base oil (Group III) from unconverted oil having various properties obtained in a variety of hydrocrackers using improved catalytic dewaxing and hydrofinishing, the method including producing unconverted oil of at least one kind in the same or different hydrocrackers; subjecting the unconverted oil to vacuum distillation; supplying all or part of the distillate fractions to a catalytic dewaxing reactor; supplying the dewaxed oil fraction to a hydrofinishing reactor; and stripping the hydrofinished light oil fraction, wherein make-up hydrogen is supplied upstream of the hydrofinishing reactor to increase hydrogen partial pressure, thereby enabling high quality base oil to be manufactured at high yield under optimal process conditions using unconverted oil produced by hydrocracking under various conditions. 1. A method of manufacturing high quality lube base oil , comprising:producing unconverted oil of at least one kind in same or different hydrocrackers;supplying the unconverted oil to a vacuum distillation separator, thus separating one or more distillate fractions therefrom;supplying all or part of the distillate fractions to a dewaxing reactor in the presence of an isomerization catalyst, thus obtaining a dewaxed oil fraction; andsupplying the dewaxed oil fraction to a hydrofinishing reactor in the presence of a hydrofinishing catalyst, thus obtaining a hydrofinished oil fraction,wherein make-up hydrogen is supplied upstream of the hydrofinishing reactor in order to increase hydrogen partial pressure in the hydrofinishing reactor and to lower a reaction temperature of hydrofinishing.2. A method of simultaneously manufacturing high quality naphthenic base oil and heavy base oil using a single catalyst system comprising a hydrotreating catalyst , a dewaxing catalyst and a hydrofinishing catalyst , the method comprising:(a) preparing the feedstock for naphthenic base oil by separating appropriately light cycle oil or slurry oil which is produced by subjecting atmospheric residue to fluid catalytic cracking;(b) preparing the feedstock for heavy base oil by separating appropriately the deasphalted oil which is produced by subjecting vacuum residue or a mixture comprising atmospheric residue and vacuum residue to solvent deasphalting;(c) sequentially or simultaneously hydrotreating the light cycle oil, the slurry oil or a mixture thereof separated in (a) and the deasphalted oil separated in (b) using the hydrotreating catalyst, thus obtaining a hydrotreated oil fraction;(d) catalytic dewaxing the hydrotreated oil fraction using the dewaxing catalyst, thus obtaining a dewaxed oil fraction; and(e) hydrofinishing the dewaxed oil fraction using the hydrofinishing catalyst, thus obtaining a hydrofinished oil fraction.2. The present invention relates to a method for preparing lubricating base oils by using vacuum distilled deasphalted oil, and more specifically, to a method for preparing various kinds of lubricating base oils by distilling a distillate obtained from a solvent deasphalting (SDA) process under reduced pressure to obtain heavy deasphalted oil (H-DAO) and light deasphalted (Lt-DAO) and then treating the H-DAO and the Lt-DAO by catalytic reactions, respectively. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain heavy lubricating base oil (150BS) of a high viscosity grade which can not be obtained by a known catalytic reaction and a lubricating base oil of group III by hydrogenation, in a high yield, and thus economical efficiency is excellent. 1. A method of producing heavy lubricating base oil using vacuum-distilled deasphalted oil , comprising the steps of:(a) introducing atmospheric residual oil or a mixture of atmospheric residual of and vacuum residual oil into a solvent deasphalting apparatus to obtain deasphalted oil;(b) vacuum-distilling the deasphalted oil to obtain light deasphalted oil and heavy deasphalted oil;(c) hydrotreating the heavy deasphalted oil obtained in the step (b) in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst to obtain a hydrotreated fraction;(d) dewaxing the hydrotreated fraction obtained in the step (c) in the presence of a dewaxing catalyst; and(e) hydrofinishing the dewaxed fraction obtained in the step (d) in the presence of a hydrofinishing catalyst.2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising the step: (f) fractionating the hydrofinished fraction obtained in the step (e) according to a viscosity range to obtain heavy lubricating base oil.3. In the adsorption step, a liquid hydrocarbon stream is fed to an adsorber, which adsorbs HCH and returns adsorption effluent. In the copurging step, HCH, which are extracted from the previous regeneration, are applied to the adsorber, displacing the copurging effluent. In the regeneration step, a polar solvent is flowed through the adsorber, purging HCH. Most of the HCH are then set aside for use in the next copuring step, while a small amount of the HCH are taken out from the process as HCH product. The present invention is economically advantageous in effectively removing HCH from hydrocarbon streams and increasing the concentration of HCH within an HCH product.
