An electronic device and a hinge assembly thereof are provided. The hinge assembly includes a first and a second fixed block, a first and a second polyline rod, a damper rod and a fastener. The first fixed block has a first and a second end, the second fixed block has a third and a fourth end, and the first polyline rod has a fifth and a sixth end, wherein the fifth end is connected to the second end, and the sixth end is connected to the fourth end. The second polyline rod has a seventh connected to the fourth end, and an eighth end, connected to the second end and the sixth end. The damper rod is slidably disposed on the first fixed block, the fastener is fixed to the first fixed block, and a distal end of the damper rod is fastened into the fastener. 1. A hinge assembly comprising:a first fixed block;a second fixed block;a first polyline rod slidably and rotatably connected to the first fixed block and swingably connected to the second fixed block;a second connecting rod slidably and rotatably connected to the second fixed block, swingably connected to the first fixed block and swingably connected to the first polyline rod;at least one damper rod slidably disposed on the second fixed block; andat least one fastener fixed to the second fixed block, a distal end of the at least one damper rod being fastened into the at least one fastener.2. The hinge assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one damper rod is driven by the first polyline rod to slide within the fastener.3. The hinge assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of the first polyline rod and the second polyline rod has a plurality of shaft holes.4. The hinge assembly according to claim 3 , wherein one of the shaft holes is located between the other shaft holes at ends of the first polyline rod or the second polyline rod.5. A flexible display includes a bottom plate, a support plate, two hinge modules, a frame body, a bending module and a flexible panel. The support plate is provided with a first end and a second end. The first end is rotatably connected to the bottom plate. The hinge modules are disposed at the second end of the support plate. The frame body is provided with a fixed frame and a plurality of turning frames. The fixed frame is connected to the hinge modules. The plurality of turning frames are pivoted to two opposite sides of the fixed frame respectively. The bending module is connected with the fixed frame and the plurality of turning frames. The flexible panel is disposed on the frame body and covers the bending module. When the flexible display is switched to a touch mode, the bending module drives the plurality of turning frames to be flush with the fixed frame so that the flexible panel is in a flat plate shape. When the flexible display is switched to a view mode, the bending module drives the plurality of turning frames to be bent relative to the fixed frame so that the flexible panel is in a curved shape.

Each bracket has at least one first sliding slot extending along a first direction and a first through hole extending along a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. The tabs pass through the corresponding ones of the first sliding slots, and the tabs have second sliding slots extending along the second direction. The torque providing assembly has a first end connected to one of the brackets and one of the tabs and a second end connected to the other one of the brackets and the other one of the tabs. The torque adjusting member inserts into the first through holes of the brackets and the second sliding slots of the tabs.
