A hydraulic lift is raised by hydraulic fluid which passes through a servo valve and is lowered when the servo valve exhausts the hydraulic lift to a reservoir. The hydraulic fluid travels to and from the lift through a service line in which a blocking valve is disposed. A control unit opens the blocking valve against a spring bias in response to the application of a control pressure to a control element disposed on one side of the control unit. The control pressure is supplied via a control line which also actuates the servo valve. A branch control line branches from the control line and applies pressure to another control element which acts counter to the first-mentioned control element. The branch control line includes tow throttles between which a discharge line is connected and communicates with the reservoir.

A hydraulic distributor that has a regulating balance including a housing hollowed in the distributor body and containing coaxially a fixed central core. A tubular plunger is interposed sliding freely, coaxially, between the core and the housing and co-operates with a lateral orifice connected to a working orifice. The core and the plunger define between them an annular chamber. The plunger has a first radial annular surface subjected to the highest charge pressure (LS) and a second annular surface subjected to the pressure of the intake fluid. A central passage in the core constitutes a first orifice emerging at one end of the housing exposed to the highest charge pressure (LS). A second orifice emerges in the annular chamber and a third orifice is located opposite the other end of the housing and remains closed by the plunger as long as the charge pressure of the distributor is below the highest charge pressure (LS).

According to the invention, the adjusting pump is pressure controlled, whereby in the regeneration mode, it is automatically switched to the normal operation in which the supply side of the pressure chamber is connected to the adjusting pump and the return side of the pressure chamber is connected to the tank when the pumping rate falls below the demand for the pressure medium.

Steuerschieber des Steuerventils weist eine gemeinsame Regenerations- und Arbeitsstellung auf. Der Steuerschieber hat also keine entlang eines Verschiebeweges des Steuerschiebers von der Regenerationsstellung beabstandete Arbeitsstellung, so dass kein aktives Umschalten zwischen Arbeitsbetrieb und Regernationsbetrieb nötig ist. A hydraulic control arrangement is disclosed for the control of a consumer, comprising at least one mechanically operated continuously adjustable distribution valve with a subsequent LUDV pressure compensator down the line. In order to lock the consumer the control arrangement is provided with a spring holding the pressure compensator piston in a closed position. Furthermore, the LS line carrying the highest load pressure of all consumers is connected to a reservoir by means of a flow regulator, wherein the pump control may also be relieved by the flow regulator in the sense of a reduction of the pumped volume. According to the invention, the LUDV pressure compensator is pressure-compensated by means of a nozzle through which a connection between the LS line and a portion of the pressure medium flow path downstream of the pump and upstream of the outlet of the pressure compensator is generated. Said nozzle is preferably integrated in the pressure compensator piston.

It is comprised of a blocking valve which may be opened at least for lowering movement of the hydraulic lift. The servo valve regulates the volumetric flow to and from the hydraulic lift. The load registering line is connected to the operating line, and in the initial position of the control device the load registering line is connected via the servo valve to the tank. The middle position (blocking position) of the servo valve is next to the initial position of said servo valve, and in turn a third valve position is next to the blocking position [of said valve] and serves to connect the operating line to the pump.

A hydraulic arrangement is described which, as a function of a pressure in an accumulator, automatically connects a pressure-medium source either preferably to the accumulator or to a consumer feed line, as is the case, for example, in an accumulator-loading valve. The arrangement has a pilot-control valve which has a housing as well as a pilot-control piston as valve body, the pilot-control piston, with main control edges, connecting an annular control space in the housing as a function of its position to one of two pressure spaces of different pressure level. Furthermore, the arrangement has a pressure balance which is connected to the annular space and is thereby actuated by the pilot-control valve, the pilot-control piston of which is in driving engagement with a piston section of larger diameter, which with the pilot-control piston together with the housing defines a differential pressure space. The control piston has two further auxiliary control edges, via which the differential pressure space, before the reversal of the annular control space to a lower pressure level, can be brought into connection with the pressure space of lower pressure level. With this hydraulic arrangement, the snap-over action of the pilot-control piston from one tilting position into another stable tilting position is intensified so that critical choking phenomena no longer appear.

Des Weiteren sind ein erstes Steuerventil zur Ansteuerung des ersten hydraulischen Verbrauchers und ein zweites Steuerventil zur Ansteuerung des zweiten hydraulischen Verbrauchers vorhanden. Ein erstes Lastsignal ist auf der Grundlage eines Lastdrucks, mit dem der erste hydraulische Verbraucher beaufschlagt ist, und ein zweites Lastsignal ist auf der Grundlage eines Lastdrucks, mit dem der zweite hydraulische Verbraucher beaufschlagt ist, erfassbar. Dem ersten Steuerventil und dem zweiten Steuerventil ist Druckmittel von einer Druckmittelquelle parallel zuführbar. Ein Lastmeldepfad ist zur Ansteuerung eines der Druckmittelquelle zugeordneten Stellorgans mit einem höchsten gegenwärtig erfassten Lastsignal beaufschlagbar. Eine Begrenzungsvorrichtung erlaubt die Begrenzung des zweiten Lastsignals auf einen vorgegebenen Signalgrenzwert. Ein Schaltmittel ist durch das zweite Lastsignal so ansteuerbar, dass, spätestens wenn das zweite Lastsignal den Signalgrenzwert erreicht, das auf dem Lastmeldepfad geführte Signal durch die Begrenzungsvorrichtung begrenzt wird.
