Provided is a hearing aid system using a wireless optical communications method. The hearing aid system includes: a voice transmitter that converts addresser's voice into an optical signal to then transmit the converted optical signal; and a hearing aid that restores the optical signal received from the voice transmitter into the addresser's voice to then output the restored addresser's voice. Accordingly, the addresser's voice can directly be transmitted to the hard-of-hearing via wireless optical communications, to thereby prevent a voice discriminating power from lowering even in the case that ambient noise of an addresser as well as a listener is big.

A friction-type drive apparatus, according to one embodiment, comprises: a motor; a drive pulley rotated by the motor; a belt connected to the drive pulley; a driven pulley rotating in accordance with the drive of the belt; a pressing unit contacting the inner surface of the belt; and an elastic unit for pressing the pressing unit toward the belt. 1. A frictional drive apparatus comprising:a motor;a driving pulley configured to rotate by the motor;a belt connected to the driving pulley;a driven pulley configured to rotate by an operation of the belt;a pressing unit in contact with an inner surface of the belt; andan elastic unit configured to press the pressing unit towards the belt.2. The frictional drive apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of an outer surface of the belt is brought into contact with a block chain configured to move slat plates of a carousel claim 1 , andthe elastic unit is configured to press the pressing unit towards the block chain to closely connect the belt and the block chain.3. The frictional drive apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the pressing unit comprises:a pressing frame;a pressing portion in contact with the inner surface of the belt; anda pressing connector of which one side is connected to the pressing portion, and another side is connected to the pressing frame to adjust a relative distance from the belt.4. The frictional drive apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the elastic unit of which one side is connected to the pressing frame and another side is connected to the pressing connector is configured to adjust a distance between the pressing frame and the pressing connector and press the pressing connector towards the belt.5. Provided is a power saving method of an optical network terminal and an optical line terminal. The optical network terminal may receive a sleep synchronization message about a first sleep group from the optical line terminal, and when the optical network terminal is included in the first sleep group, may turn OFF an optical transmitter and turn ON the optical transmitter after a first sleep cycle of the first sleep group is elapsed, thereby saving power. 1. A method is provided for controlling the flow rate of a hydraulic pump of a construction machine, including: a step of detecting the operation amount of a rotation operation lever, and the rotation pressure generated in a swing motor; a step of calculating the flow rate required for rotating, the flow rate corresponding to the operation amount of the rotation operation lever; a step of calculating a rotation acceleration first inclination value for increasing the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump to a certain inclination value from a rotation initiation time when the upper rotating body rotates; a step of calculating a second inclination value compensating for the first inclination value by a difference value between the detected rotation pressure value of the swing motor and the reference pressure corresponding to the set pressure of the relief valve of the swing motor; and to step of restricting the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump such that the increased amount of the flow rate required for rotating is restricted to the flow rate of the second inclination value.
