A method for manufacturing an electrode may include (S1) preparing a sol solution containing a metal alkoxide compound, and (S2) forming a porous non-woven coating layer of an inorganic fiber by electroemitting the sol solution onto an outer surface of an electrode active material layer formed on at least one surface of a current collector. The porous non-woven coating layer formed on the outer surface of the electrode active material layer may be made from an inorganic fiber having excellent thermal stability. When an electrochemical device is overheated, the porous non-woven coating layer may contribute to suppression of a short circuit between a cathode and an anode and performance improvement of an electrochemical device due to uniform distribution of pores. 1. A method for manufacturing an electrode , the method comprising:(S1) preparing a sol solution containing a metal alkoxide compound; and(S2) forming a porous non-woven coating layer of an inorganic fiber by electroemitting the sol solution onto an outer surface of an electrode active material layer formed on at least one surface of a current collector.2. The method for manufacturing an electrode according to claim 1 ,wherein a metal of the metal alkoxide compound includes at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, and a transition metal.3. The present invention refers to a separator for an electrochemical device and an electrochemical device having the same. Disclosed herein is a spacer grid for a nuclear fuel assembly. The spacer grid has dimples for supporting fuel rods and is formed from grid strips which are assembled in a lattice shape to form lattice cells. Each grid strip has at least one hole which is formed separately from the dimples. Therefore, when coolant is drawn into the fuel assembly, a pressure difference between opposite sides of the holes is reduced, and friction generated between cut edges of the holes and the coolant reduces the magnitude of the vibration and causes a damping effect, thus reducing flow-induced vibration. The hole formed in the grid strip function to widen the range of the frequency of the flow-induced vibration caused by vortex sheddings formed around the edges of the grid strip, thus reducing the possibility of the generation of resonance with the natural frequency of the spacer grid. 1. A spacer grid provided in a lower end of a nuclear fuel assembly and having a dimple for supporting a fuel rod , the spacer grid comprising:a plurality of grid strips assembled in a lattice shape to form lattice cells,each of the grid strips having at least one hole formed separately from the dimple.2. The present disclosure provides a porous separator substrate with an inverse opal structure obtained by using an engineering plastic resin with high heat-resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof. In the method, a non-crosslinked polymer resin is used to form an opal structure and a crosslinked polymer resin is penetrated into the opal structure and an organic solvent is used to remove the polymer particles being used to form the opal structure, thereby manufacturing a porous substrate with an inverse opal structure. According to the present disclosure, a separator having good porosity and air permeability can be provided without the problems of heat-resistance decrease, pore closing and thickness decrease. 1. A method for manufacturing a porous substrate with an inverse opal structure , comprising:{'b': '10', 'preparing a colloid solution containing polymer particles (S);'}{'b': '20', 'coating the colloid solution on a substrate to form a coating layer of the polymer particles with an opal structure (S);'}{'b': '30', 'dispersing a polymer resin in a first organic solvent to obtain a polymer resin dispersion (S);'}{'b': '40', 'filling the opal structure of the polymer particles with the polymer resin dispersion (S); and'}{'b': '50', 'melting the polymer particles with a second solvent (S).'}2. A separator , comprising:a porous substrate having multiple pores;a porous coating layer formed on at least one area selected from at least one surface of the porous substrate and the pores of the porous substrate, and comprising multiple inorganic particles and a binder polymer, the binder polymer being existed on a part or all of the surface of the inorganic particles to connect and immobilize the inorganic particles therebetween; andmicrocapsules dispersed in at least one area selected from the pores of the porous substrate and pores formed by vacant spaces between the inorganic particles present in the porous coating layer, and containing therein an additive for improving the performances of an electrochemical device.2. Systems and methods are provided for backfilling a 3D cloud of coordinates. One embodiment is an apparatus that includes a camera able to capture an image, and a ranging system able to measure distances objects. The apparatus also includes a controller able to analyze the measured distances to generate a cloud of three dimensional coordinates, and to project coordinates of the cloud onto the image to match the coordinates with pixels of the image. The controller is also able to generate additional coordinates to increase the resolution of the cloud by iteratively defining a scanning window, detecting a group of coordinates that have been projected onto the scanning window, scoring each coordinate in the group based on its similarity to other coordinates in the group, dividing the scanning window into quadrants, selecting a coordinate from each quadrant, and generating an additional coordinate based on the selected coordinates. 1.
