COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

Номер: JP0064011156A
Принадлежит:

PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material composition having pyroxylin highly distributed in a polyurethane phase in microscopic state, by subjecting a prepolymer containing OH end to chain extension with a diisocyanate in the presence of low-molecular weight pyroxylin or carboxylated pyroxylin. CONSTITUTION:(B) Low-molecular weight pyroxylin having <=30 average polymerization degree and/or carboxylated pyroxylin is dissolved in a solvent (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone) inert to isocyanate and added to (A) a prepolymer excellent OH end obtained by reacting a polyol having 300-2,000mol.wt. alone or a mixture of the polyol and a low-molecular weight diol having <300mol.wt. with <=equimolar amount of an organic diisocyanate. The prepolymer is subjected to chain extension with (C) an aromatic or alicyclic diisocyanate in an amount to give <=equimolar amount based on OH end of the component A to give a composite material composition which is a composite material consisting of 5-50pts.wt. carboxylated ...

VINYLIDENE CHLORIDE COPOLYMER LATEX

Номер: JP2000319469A
Принадлежит:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinylidene chloride copolymer latex which forms, even in a high-humidity atmosphere, a film which is excellent in adhesiveness to a silicone release agent and does not exhibit separation with time by copolymerizing specified amounts of vinylidene chloride and a hydroxyl- containing radical-polymerizable monomer, which gives an OH value to the resultant copolymer, in the presence of a reactive emulsifier. SOLUTION: This copolymer latex is obtained by using 80-93 wt.% (based on the copolymer) vinylidene chloride, a hydroxyl-containing radical- polymerizable monomer in such an amount as to give a hydroxyl value of 5-50 mg/g and 0.5-3.0 wt.% (based on the total amount of monomers) reactive monomer (e.g. sodium alkylallylsulfosuccinate) and can form a film having a water vapor permeability (in terms of a film with a wt. of 5 g/m2) of 100 g/m2.24 hr or lower. The latex is applied to a slightly coated paper in a coating wt. of 25 g/m2 and dried at 80-190°C, and ...
