Techniques for exchanging data segments between data aggregators and data consumers. In an embodiment, a value of an arbitrary data segment selected by a data consumer is computed. In particular, an individual user value is calculated for each user represented in the data segment, wherein the individual user value is a weighted sum (or other function) of the one or more features of the data segment attributable to that user, plus an additive gaussian noise. The overall value of the data segment is the sum of the individual user values. An offer price for the data segment can then be calculated using the overall value. Techniques are disclosed for evaluating the incremental effect of a marketing channel that forms part of a multichannel marketing campaign. In one implementation data characterizing observed marketing interactions and outcomes is collected. A conversion probability is estimated as a function of the observed interactions using logistic regression techniques, wherein converting and non-converting consumers comprise the two classes upon which the regression is based. As a result, marketing interactions that are relatively more commonplace amongst converting consumers (as compared to non-converting consumers) receive greater attribution for observed conversions. The estimated conversion probability is then used to predict an incremental quantity of conversions that can be attributed to a kth marketing channel based on the average treatment effect. Based on these predictions, it is possible to evaluate the extent to which market segment variables influence how attribution is distributed amongst various marketing channels. 1. This invention provides methods of using labeled nucleotide polyphosphate analogues to detect the identity or presence of a nucleotide at certain positions in nucleic acid sequences with single molecule sensitivity using nanopore detection, nucleotides and primer-conjugated nanopore proteins for use in such methods, and processes for producing such nucleotides and primer-conjugated nanopore proteins. 1. A method for identifying a single nucleotide residue of interest at a position within a stretch of consecutive nucleotide residues in a nucleic acid , comprising the steps of: (1) a nanopore;', '(2) an oligonucleotide primer conjugated to the nanopore and hybridized to the nucleotides in the nucleic acid immediately 3′ to the single nucleotide residue of interest;', '(3) at least one labeled terminating nucleotide polyphosphate (NPP) analogue, wherein the label is attached to either the base or the terminal phosphate of the NPP analogue; and', '(4) a nucleic acid polymerase;', 'so that a NPP analogue is incorporated into the primer if it is complementary to the single nucleotide residue of interest, and the label attached to the incorporated NPP analogue is drawn into the nanopore;, 'a) incubating the nucleic acid, under an applied voltage, with'}b) detecting by nanopore the signature of the label of the NPP analogue incorporated into the primer, so as to identify the incorporated NPP analogue;thereby identifying the single nucleotide residue of interest.2. Techniques for exchanging data segments between data aggregators and data consumers. In an embodiment, a value of an arbitrary data segment selected by a data consumer is computed. In particular, an individual user value is calculated for each user represented in the data segment, wherein the individual user value is a weighted sum (or other function) of the one or more features of the data segment attributable to that user, plus an additive gaussian noise. The overall value of the data segment is the sum of the individual user values. An offer price for the data segment can then be calculated using the overall value. Once a request is received from the consumer to purchase the data segment at the offer price, the data segment can be exchanged between the aggregator and consumer. Thus, a data marketplace or platform for the exchange of data segments is enabled.

In an embodiment, a data set, such as business data or a website metric, is checked for skewness and, if found to be skewed, is transformed to a normal distribution (e.g., by applying a Box-Cox transformation). The data set is checked for presence of trends and, if a trend is found, has the trend removed (e.g., by running a linear regression). In one embodiment, a maximum number of anomalies is estimated for the data set, by applying an adjusted box plot to the data set. The data set and the estimated number of anomalies is run through a GESD test, and the test identifies anomalous data points in the data set, based on the provided estimated number of anomalies. In an embodiment, a confidence interval is generated for the identified anomalies.

P-type metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (pMOSFET's), semiconductor devices comprising the pMOSFET's, and methods of forming pMOSFET's are provided. The pMOSFET's include a silicon-germanium (SiGe) film that has a lower interface in contact with a semiconductor substrate and an upper surface, and the SiGe film has a graded boron doping profile where boron content increases upwardly over a majority of the width of boron-doped SiGe film between the lower interface of the SiGe film and the upper surface of the SiGe film. Methods of forming the pMOSFET's include: providing a semiconductor substrate; depositing a SiGe film on the semiconductor substrate, thereby forming a lower interface of the SiGe film in contact with the semiconductor substrate, and an upper surface of the SiGe film; and doping the SiGe film with boron to form a SiGe film having a graded boron doping profile where boron content increases upwardly over a majority of the width of boron-doped SiGe film between the lower interface of the SiGe film and the upper surface of the SiGe film. 1. A p-type metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (pMOSFET) comprising a SiGe film , said SiGe film having a lower interface in contact with a semiconductor substrate and an upper surface , and said SiGe film having a graded boron doping profile where boron content increases upwardly over a majority of the width of boron-doped SiGe film between the lower interface of the SiGe film and the upper surface of the SiGe film.2121221. The semiconductor device comprises: a substrate having a bonding pad on a surface of the substrate; at least two semiconductor components each having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the semiconductor components stacked on top of each other on the surface of the substrate via a layer of component attach material attached on the second surface of the respective semiconductor component; an integral through via hole extending completely through the semiconductor components and the layers of component attach material and having a substantially uniform diameter along an extending direction of the integral through via hole aligned with the bonding pad on the surface of the substrate, and a continuous conductive material filled in the integral through via hole and in physical and electrical contact with the bonding pad of the substrate. 1.
