The invention discloses a collagen-stem cell preparation for promoting skin wound repair of diabetic pets. The method comprises the following steps: placing 3-5 generations of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells in a collagen culture solution, and culturing at 37 DEG C in 5% CO2 for at least 5 days; after culture is completed, the collagen-stem cell preparation is obtained; the collagen culture solution is prepared by mixing a 10% FBS alpha-MEM culture solution and a collagen solution according to a volume ratio of 1: 1, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to a liquid state and sterilizing. According to the collagen-stem cell preparation for promoting skin wound repair of diabetic pets, provided by the invention, a skin healing experiment shows that mesenchymal stem cells added with collagen can shorten wound healing time of diabetic dogs and promote repair of skin injury of dogs.
