The present invention relates to an electric wire fixing device for a building having an improved stable line. The electric wire fixing device includes an electric wire clamp (10) which has a divided structure and holds and fixes an electric wire (L); a rubber pad (20) provided on the inner surface of the electric wire clamp (10); a fixture (30) fitted into the divided wire clamp (10) to control the engagement/disengagement of the electric wire clamp (10); and a clamp binding pin (40) for interconnecting neighboring wire clamps (10).
