By means of the plate type ballastless track self-compacting concrete additive, the segregation prevention capacity of self-compacting concrete can be improved, the shrinkage of the concrete can be reduced, and industrial waste or by-products can be utilized to the maximum extent. The plate type ballastless track self-compacting concrete additive is composed of, by weight, 100 parts of sulfur-fixed ash, 20 parts to 50 parts of coal ash, 10 parts to 30 parts of silica fume, 10 parts to 20 parts of slag powder, 0.5 part to 1 part of water reducing agents and 0.1 part to 0.5 part of triisopropanolamine. The plate type ballastless track self-compacting concrete additive accounting for 10wt% to 25wt% of cement is mixed into the self-compacting concrete.
