A modular magnetic separation apparatus set has a processing capacity increased by increasing the number of the unit modules of the magnetic separation apparatus set, being suitable for all enrichment processes of magnetic minerals. One modular unit is defined with a separation wheel and its two neighboring magnet-concentration cores and two corresponding excitation coils and a charging hopper and a discharging hopper of magnetic materials, each unit being combined of multiple identical modular units. The modular magnetic separation apparatus solves the conflicts between the transportation of apparatus after the enlargement and the height and width restrictions on general roads, including more reasonable conditions for separate transportation. 1. A modular magnetic separation apparatus , comprising:excitation coils, magnet-concentration cores, separation wheels, a magnetic materials collecting hopper, a non-magnetic material discharging hopper, a material oscillator, a wheel water-washing device, a support, a wheel driving device, a material flow separation duct, a magnetic material gathering hopper and a charging hopper;wherein the excitation coils revolve around the outside of magnet-concentration cores, the separation wheels being located between the two pole heads of the magnet-concentration cores, the magnetic materials collecting hopper being located between the magnetic separation wheels and the excitation coils, the non-magnetic material discharging hopper being located under the magnetic separation wheels and the magnet-concentration cores, the material oscillator being located on one side of the non-magnetic material discharging hopper, the wheel water-washing device being located on top of the magnetic separation wheels, the magnetic separation wheels being connected with the wheel driving device and fixed on one side of the magnet-concentration cores, andwherein the material flow separation duct is installed at the mineral materials charging position, ...

An intelligent magnetic microfluidic concentrator employs a technique of feeding ores circumferentially and allowing tailings to overflow centrally upward. The intelligent magnetic microfluidic concentrator comprises a sorting system consisting of an ore feeding chute, an overflow chute, an overflow tank, a sorting tank, and a magnetic system, the overflow tank is disposed at an upper portion of the sorting tank, the ore feeding chute is disposed at the top of the overflow tank, the ore feeding chute feeds an ore slurry to the upper portion of the sorting tank circumferentially along an inner wall of the sorting tank, and the tailings overflow out upward from the overflow tank disposed centrally and located at the upper half portion of the sorting tank. A dry separator, comprising a forward air blowing path (1) and an eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2). The eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2) is partially arranged in the forward air blowing path (1); the forward air blowing path (1) is used for blowing forward air in the same direction as material conveying to the surface of the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2); the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2) is used for conveying materials, and is further used for providing an eccentric rotating magnetic field; a feeding area (4) is provided above the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2); and a tailings treatment mechanism (5) and a concentrate area (6) are provided below the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism (2). A multi-physical-field coupled complex separation environment is provided for dry magnetic separation of ultrafine crushed materials, and the materials are mainly subjected to the multi-force combined action of gravity, centrifugal force, magnetic overturning force, forward wind force, magnetic field suction force and the like, thereby achieving the purpose of graded, efficient and fine separation, and solving the problem that dry separation cannot be effectively performed on dry superfine powdery materials after dry grinding and grading.

Provided in the present application is a dry-type pre-concentration machine. The dry-type pre-concentration machine comprises: a reverse air-blowing path and an eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism, wherein the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism is partially arranged in the reverse air-blowing path, is configured to convey materials, and is further configured to provide an eccentric rotating magnetic field; a feeding area is provided above the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism; and a tailing area, a middling area, and a concentrate area are arranged below the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism. In the present application, materials in the feeding area are conveyed into the reverse air-blowing path and subjected to a rolling motion, so that strong magnetic materials are arranged on the innermost layer, weakly magnetic materials are arranged on a middle layer, non-magnetic materials are arranged on the outermost layer, and under the action of reversely blown air in the reverse air-blowing path, non-magnetic fine powdery materials on an outer layer leave a surface of the eccentric magnetic rolling mechanism and are carried by wind into or fall into the tailing area; and weakly magnetic minerals fall into the middling area along with rotation of a magnetic roller and reduction of the magnetic field, and concentrate falls into the concentrate area along with the rotation of the magnetic roller and the reduction of the magnetic field, so that ultra-fine crushed materials are sorted in a graded, efficient, and fine manner.
