The invention relates to a circuit board which comprises a board body, a protective layer and a screw. A conductive through hole is formed on the surface of the board body; a copper exposed region is formed around the conductive through hole; the protective layer is provided with a crevasse; the periphery of the crevasse radially extend to form a plurality of slits; the crevasse is aligned with an opening of the conductive through hole and the size of the crevasse is smaller than that of the opening of the conductive through hole; a region between each two adjacent slits at least covers parts of the copper exposed region; the screw is locked in the conductive through hole; at least part of the protective layer is clamped and fixed between the screw and the conductive through hole.
