The invention relates to the technical field of catalyst regeneration, and discloses a regeneration method of an FCC waste catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the FCC waste catalyst with a hydrogen peroxide solution, and carrying out heat treatment on the obtained mixture to obtain clinker; (2) carrying out acid leaching on the clinker obtained in the step (1) by using an acid solution, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a regenerated FCC catalyst; wherein in the step (1), the liquid-solid ratio of the hydrogen peroxide solution to the FCC waste catalyst is (0.6-1.1): 1mL/g, and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide solution is 1-10wt%. The regeneration method has the advantages that the treatment process is simple, the operation time is short, the removal rate of harmful metals is high, and the obtained silicon-aluminum salt molecular sieve in the leaching residues is complete in structure.
