The present invention belongs to the field of technologies for designing and preparing novel alloy materials, and in particular, relates to a B-element micro-alloyed bulk high-entropy alloy with high wear resistance, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof. The high-entropy alloy includes the following chemical components in corresponding percentages by mass: Al: 10.70-10.82 wt%, Cr: 20.80- 2094 wt%, Ni: 35.40-35.56 wt%‚ Ti: 19.20-19.33 wt%, B: 0.10-0.25 wt%, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and the chemical components need to simultaneously meet the following three relations: (1) 52 < Fe/B < 138, (2) 1.2 < Fe/(B+Al) < 1.3, and (3) 0.7 < Fe/(B+Ti) <l.3. The alloy has an obvious dendritic structure in uniform distribution, and has high hardness, and good wear resistance which is 3-5 times higher than that of a traditional wear-resistant material NMSOO in terms of the same hardness. After two-step tempering heat treatment under the same parameters, the NMSOO is reduced in hardness by 58.64-68.93% with respect to its quenched and tempered condition, and the hardness of the material of the present invention is reduced by 15.85-18.09% with respect to its as-cast condition, showing better hi gh-temperature stability.
