An automatic tracking shooting device comprises a tracking shooting device, an operator, a positioner and a receiver. And the tracking shooting device and the measurement and control system thereof are arranged on a platform of a four-wheel electric trolley. The tracking shooting device is composed of a two-dimensional holder, a steering engine rotating in the horizontal direction, a wrist joint rotating mechanism, a steering engine rotating in the vertical direction and a video camera.
