The invention provides a circuit board fine line manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: providing a circuit board substrate which comprises a copper layer, and tinning the surface of the copper layer to form a tin layer; removing the tin layer at the position of a preset pattern circuit on the copper layer by adopting laser, and exposing the copper layer at the position of the preset pattern circuit; etching the copper layer exposed out of the position of the preset pattern circuit so as to manufacture a circuit; the tin layer on the surface of the copper layer is removed, and manufacturing of the fine circuit is completed. According to the invention, the manufacturing yield and the manufacturing efficiency of the fine circuit of the circuit board can be improved.
