A wind-power and hydraulic generator apparatus has a wind power device, a drive device, multiple pump devices, a reservoir device and a hydraulic device. When the wind blows, the wind power device generates and stores electricity and the drive device drives the pump devices to pump water into the reservoir device. Then the reservoir device generates a water jet enabling the hydraulic device to generate electricity. When the wind does not blow, the electricity stored in the wind power device still enables the water to circulate and to generate the water jet. Whether the wind blows or not, the water of the reservoir device can keep circulating to generate the water jet and the hydraulic device can keep generating electricity. Accordingly, the wind-power and hydraulic generator apparatus can use wind power to generate a water jet.

A device for separating dry solid and liquid by cooling spray has a material reservoir which can adjust and control low temperature for preserving material, a high-pressure pump for extracting material to high-pressure sprayer. Besides, material is pressurized to become a spray state for spraying by adjusting a nozzle of the high-pressure sprayer, and then dry air having high temperature can form a circulating cycle in the steel tub via a heat exchanger of a gas-drying machine to make water content of a spray of liquid be absorbed by dry air having high temperature such that original material becomes powder solid. Besides, air inside the steel tub absorbs much water content due to heat exchange, and then the air with much water content and high temperature is cooled via the heat exchanger when passing through an air filter. After water content of the air is condensed, the air is reheated for using in next cycle.

A sewage filtering and purifying device has at least one purifying module having multiple filters and multiple electrolyzing assemblies connected in series. Each electrolyzing assembly has a flow pipe and two electrodes disposed inside the flow pipe. The two electrodes are configured to be polarized for respectively being a cathode and an anode. When treated by the sewage filtering and purifying device, sewage first flows through and is filtered by the multiple filters; then the sewage flows through and is electrolyzed by the multiple electrolyzing assemblies. Since the sewage is filtered by the multiple filters first, the sewage can be electrolyzed better in the multiple electrolyzing assemblies, and harmful substances in the sewage can be oxidized or reduced and transformed to harmless substances. Thereby, the sewage is purified better.
