TEV protease sites are designed between fusion proteins, then TEV protease cutting is utilized during purification to realize separation of the fusion proteins, and human IGF-1 and LR3IGF-1 proteins with biological activity are obtained. In addition, high-efficiency expression of the fusion protein is realized through high-density fermentation.
