A photodetector based on PtSeand a silicon nanopillar array includes a PMMA light-transmitting protective layer, a graphene transparent top electrode, a silicon nanopillar array structure coated with few-layer PtSe, and metal electrodes of the graphene transparent top electrode and the silicon nanopillar array structure. A method for preparing the photodetector includes steps of: preparing graphene with a CVD method; preparing a silicon nanopillar array structure through dry etching; coating few-layer PtSeon surfaces of the silicon nano-pillar array structure through laser interference enhanced induction CVD; preparing graphene transparent top electrode; and magnetron-sputtering metal electrodes. The photodetector prepared by the present invention has a detection range from visible light to near-infrared wavebands. The silicon nanopillar array structure enhances light absorption of the detector, so that the detector has high sensitivity, simple structure and strong practicability. 1. A system for flue-gas hydrate-based desalination using LNG cold energy belongs to the field of hydrate technology application. The CO2 in the flue-gas is captured based on the hydrate formation. Two stage formation chambers are set to improve the hydrate formation. The two steps to purify the hydrates respectively are the gas separation and the liquid separation. The two methods of hydrate dissociation to realize the recycling of the waste heat of flue-gas and the CO2 are the heat-exchanged and the exhausted. The present invention realizes the integrated CO2 capture and seawater desalination with a proper structure and a subtle system and solves the cold energy source for hydrate-based desalination by means of using LNG cold energy. The two stage formation chambers solve the capture of CO2 in the flue-gas and guarantee the hydrate formation amounts. The two types of dissociation chambers decrease the heat emission by using the waste heat of flue-gas and realize the recycling and storage of CO2. The system will not be affected by the changes of seasons and environments and has a strong carrying capacity for the flue-gas source change. It is a system with great application value realistic.

The present invention provides methods for generating doubled haploid and/or haploid plants from microspores. In a presently preferred embodiment of the methods of the present invention, plant material is selected that bears reproductive organs containing microspores at a developmental stage that is amenable to androgenic induction. The microspores are treated by contacting the selected plant material with water and subjecting the selected plant material to temperature stress, and optionally to nutrient stress. Preferabl y the selected plant material is contacted with an effective amount of a sporophytic development inducer and an effective amount of an auxin and/or cell spindle inhibiting agent. Optionally, the selected plant material is contacted with an effective amount of a cytokinin and/or an effective amount of a gibberellin. The treated microspores are isolated, preferably by densit y centrifugation utilizing a solution of 0.3 M mannitol layered over a higher density solution of a sugar, preferably maltose. The isolated, treated micropsores are then cultured in a liquid nutrient suspension medium supplemented with at least one plant ovary or with an aliquot of plant ovary conditioned medium, until the microspores develop into embryoids. The embryoids are transferred to a regenerationmedium and incubated therein unti l the embryoids develop into plants. The resulting plants may be haploid or doubled haploid and may also be genetically transformed.

A system for flue-gas hydrate-based desalination using LNG cold energy belongs to the field of hydrate technology application. The CO 2 in the flue-gas is captured based on the hydrate formation. Two stage formation chambers are set to improve the hydrate formation. The two steps to purify the hydrates respectively are the gas separation and the liquid separation. The two methods of hydrate dissociation to realize the recycling of the waste heat of flue-gas and the CO 2 are the heat-exchanged and the exhausted. The present invention realizes the integrated CO 2 capture and seawater desalination with a proper structure and a subtle system and solves the cold energy source for hydrate-based desalination by means of using LNG cold energy. The two stage formation chambers solve the capture of CO 2 in the flue-gas and guarantee the hydrate formation amounts. The two types of dissociation chambers decrease the heat emission by using the waste heat of flue-gas and realize the recycling and storage of CO 2 . The system will not be affected by the changes of seasons and environments and has a strong carrying capacity for the flue-gas source change. It is a system with great application value realistic.
