Provided is a method for inducing CD4CD8 T cells having an antigen specific cytotoxic activity from pluripotent stem cells, comprising the steps of: (1) differentiating pluripotent stem cells to give a cell culture comprising CD4CD8 T cells and CD4CD8 T cells, (2) removing CD4CD8 cells from the cell culture obtained in step (1), and (3) differentiating the CD4CD8 cells in the cell culture into CD4CD8 T cells. 1. A method for inducing CD4CD8 T cells , comprising the steps of:{'sup': −', '−', '+', '+, '(1) differentiating pluripotent stem cells to give a cell culture comprising CD4CD8 T cells and CD4CD8 T cells,'}{'sup': −', '−, '(2) removing CD4CD8 cells from the cell culture obtained in step (1), and'}{'sup': +', '+', '−', '+', '−', '+, '(3) differentiating the CD4CD8 cells in the cell culture into CD4CD8 T cells, wherein the CD8 antigen of the CD4CD8 T cells is a heterodimer composed of CD8α and CD8β chains.'}2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein CD4CD8 cells with a CD8 antigen which is a homodimer of CD8α chain are further removed from the cell culture in step (2).3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the cell culture obtained in step (2) does not substantially contain CD4CD8 T cells.4. A method for inducing CD4CD8 T cells claim 1 , comprising the steps of:{'sup': −', '−', '+', '+, '(1) differentiating pluripotent stem cells to give a cell culture comprising CD4CD8 T cells and CD4CD8 T cells,'}{'sup': +', '+', '−', '+', '−', '−, '(2) differentiating the CD4CD8 T cells in the cell culture obtained in (1) into CD4CD8 T cells under the presence of a substance that inhibits cytotoxic activity of CD4CD8 T cells.'}5. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the substance that inhibits cytotoxic activity of CD4CD8 T cells is selected from the group consisting of a perforin inhibitor claim 4 , a granzyme inhibitor claim 4 , a Fas pathway inhibitor claim 4 , a caspase inhibitor claim 4 , and an inhibitory antibody against Natural Killer activating receptor.6 ...
