The wheel (40) has a ratchet (42) provided with teeth, and a coaxial superstructure comprising a radial arm (48) and columns (44). The columns are regularly distributed along circumference of the wheel and separated from each other by vacuum comprising openings. Each column has an outer face and inner face connected with each other by leading and railing edges, where the inner face is connected to a hub (46) by the arm.
