Porous cellulose gel, method for producing the same, and use thereof

The present invention provides a porous cellulose gel having a high mechanical strength capable of being operated at a higher flow rate, and a method for producing the same. To a suspension liquid of cellulose particles, a crosslinking agent in an amount of from 4 to 12 times the amount of the cellulose monomer in terms of moles and an alkali in an amount of from 0.1 to 1.5 times the amount of the crosslinking agent in terms of moles are added continuously dropwise or added dividedly over a prescribed period of time, whereby flow rate characteristics of a resulting porous cellulose gel can be enhanced. According to the invention, the production efficiency of a polymer substance, such as a nucleic acid and a protein can be enhanced.

A method for manufacturing an organic EL panel including a functional layer including at least a light emitting layer containing an organic material , comprising:a coating step of forming the functional layer by horizontally conveying a base material having flexibility using a roll-to-roll process and coating a coating solution containing the organic material onto the base material using an inkjet applicator disposed above the base material,wherein in the coating step, the base material is floated by air using an air floating stage disposed below the base material and the coating solution is coated onto the base material.2. The method for manufacturing the organic EL panel according to claim 1 ,wherein the air floating stage is formed of a porous material.3. At least one of two inlet valves provided per cylinder of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine is operated using a variable valve timing device. This device is controlled in response to the load and rotational speed of the engine in a manner which reduces the lift of the valve at low engine speeds and stepwisely increases the same as the engine moves from one mode of operation to the other. In the event that only one valve is controlled this valve is selected to be the one other than that which generates swirl in the combustion chamber.

A base paper (9) to which a plurality of radio tags spaced from each other are attached is passed over a radio communicating section. The radio communicating section, is provided with a metallic member (41) forming a transfer surface, and a slit (42) is formed in the metallic member. A dielectric member (43) is arranged on the lower surface of the metallic member, and a protrusion (43a) of the dielectric member is inserted into the slit (42), thus making the upper surface of the protrusion flush with the upper surface of the metallic member. Antenna (13) of the radio communicating section is disposed below the protrusion of the dielectric member and contained in a metal case (47). When a radio tag to become an object of radio communication is located above the slit, the radio communicating section performs radio communication infallibly with the radio tag through the antenna.

A mount sheet having a plurality of radio tags attached at an interval to it is run over a radio communicating section. The radio communicating section has a metal member providing a conveying surface with a slit formed therein. A dielectric member is arranged on a lower surface of the metal member with a projecting section inserted into the slit and, by doing so, the top surface of the projecting section is set flush with the top surface of the metal member. An antenna of the radio communicating section is located beneath the projecting section of the dielectric member and this antenna is held within the metal case. When any radio tag being an object of a radio communication is located over the slit, the radio communicating section positively makes radio communication with the radio tag through the antenna.

An exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine includes an exhaust gas recirculation passage for communicating an exhaust port with an intake passage through a recirculation flow control valve. The recirculation system according to the invention comprises a timing valve in the recirculation passage adapted to open at specified moments for extracting exhaust gases containing highly concentrated hydrocarbons. According to the invention, moreover, the exhaust port is concentrically divided into a plurality of ports to extract exhaust gases having high concentrations of hydrocarbons from the outermost divided port adjacent to the inner peripheral walls of the exhaust port to recirculate them into intake mixtures, thereby reducing the concentrations of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides in exhaust gases and thus fuel consumption.

The fuel injection nozzle is for an IC engine and has a cylindrical bore which houses the needle valve. The cylindrical bore runs into the conical seat of the valve. The seat has a ring of nozzles (4) which are closed when the valve needle is pressed against the seat. Each nozzle has its axis offset from a radial datum line (O) passing through the axis of the cone which forms the valve seat. The radial datum lines are equally spaced from each other and the holes of adjacent datum lines are offset in opposite directions. All the nozzles are at 45 deg. to each other. USE/ADVANTAGE - Fuel injection nozzle assembly for IC engine which mixes fuel and air thoroughly.
