Novel glucose oxidase variants are disclosed that have besides the two substitutions T30V and I94V according to SEQ ID NO:1, additionally at least one further amino acid substitution in the polypeptide sequence in any of the positions S53; A137; A173; A332; F414 and V560. The glucose oxidase variants herein exhibit specificity for glucose and significantly reduced oxygen consumption rates and/or increased enzyme activity for electron mediators other than oxygen. Also provided are assay devices incorporating at least one of the GOx variants herein for improved blood glucose measurements. 1. A transmission control module includes a printed circuit board. The circuit board has conductor tracks routed on at least one layer of the circuit board and configured to electrically connect a carrier substrate to electrical components. The circuit board has an inner conductor track layer arranged between two insulating layers. A first outer insulating layer, at least on a first side of the circuit board, has a recess. Surfaces of conductor track sections of conductor tracks of the at least one inner conductor track layer are arranged at the bottom of the recess. The carrier substrate is inserted into the recess and makes electrical contact with the surfaces of the conductor track sections. The invention relates to a method and a device for producing nitrogen fertilizer, removing phosphate from organic waste products in liquid phase, sanitizing said waste or reducing emissions, and limiting the potassium concentration. According to the invention, the waste product is heated to temperatures ranging between 40 ~C and 90 ~C at a subatmospheric pressure, the escaping gas that contains carbon dioxide and ammonia is contacted with a mineral-aqueous suspension, the excess gas is conducted within the circuit while the subatmospheric pressure is autogenously stabilized, and the formed nitrogen fertilizer is discharged. In order to additionally produce phosphate fertilizer and limit the potassium concentration, the obtained fertilizer product is divided into the liquid and solid portion, and all or some of the solid portion is redirected into the stripping receptacle while the liquid waste product that is stripped of nitrogen compounds and phosphorus compounds is cooled and mixed with at least one sulfate-containing compound to limit the potassium concentration. Optionally, the viscosity of the waste product is specifically reduced and a very small amount of a basic mineral powder is added thereto. The last solid portion obtained from said treatment can be used directly as phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, or phosphate-containing and potassium-containing mixed fertilizer.

Dadurch wird es ermöglicht, biologisch abbaubares Fasermaterial für ein breites Anwendungsfeld wie die Herstellung von Holzfaserplatten, Papieren und Kartonagen, Vlies- und Dämmmaterialien, Spritzguss, 3D-Druck sowie Faserguss-Erzeugnissen zu gewinnen. Um dies zu erreichen, müssen die werthaltigen Lignocellulose-Fasern aus dem Gärrückstand vom übrigen Rückstand derart abgetrennt werden, dass sie vom flüchtigen Ammoniak und anhaftenden Mineralien und Verunreinigungen befreit sind. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe so gelöst, dass der faserreiche Gärrückstand in an sich bekannter Weise mechanisch separiert, die erhaltenen festen Gärrückstände dann mit einem Recyclingwasser auf einen pumpfähigen Trockensubstanzgehalt von 10 bis 18 % angemischt werden, und dieser Mischung nach einer Vorzerkleinerung in einem oder mehreren nacheinander angeordneten Strippbehältern bei Unterdruck von 10 bis 80 kPa und Erwärmung auf 40 bis 90 °C ohne Zusatz von Chemikalien in an sich bekannter Weise der Ammoniumstickstoff entzogen wird, die so behandelte Mischung erneut mechanisch separiert wird, wonach auf diese Weise die enthaltenen Fasern in gereinigter und separierter Form vorliegen. The invention relates to a hydraulic double-circuit brake system for motor vehicles with a hydraulic high pressure source (5) with a pressure which can be fed via a pedal-operated dosing valve (7) into two brake circuits I and II. The advantage of these brake systems is that one high pressure source is sufficient for any type of braking, i.e. ABS, traction control and standard braking. To achieve active braking in both brake circuits, the high pressure source has to be connectable to the two brake circuits by bypassing the dosing valve (7), while keeping the circuits separate. This is achieved by a valve arrangement (39) which has a check valve in the pressure line (10) from the high pressure source (5) to the brake circuits (I, II), and the pressure line (10) divides into two pressure branches (29, 30) downstream of said valve. The pressure branches are provided with nonreturn valves (31, 32) which prevent return flow of pressure means. It is also possible to provide each pressure branch (29, 30) with a check valve.
