The method for preparing a deep trench uses a dry etching process to form a trench in a silicon substrate, and an etching mixture is then coated on the surface of the silicon substrate and inside the deep trench. A portion of etching mixture is removed from the surface of the silicon substrate and the trench above a predetermined depth from the surface of the substrate, and an etching process is then performed using the etching mixture remaining inside the trench to etch the silicon substrate below the predetermined depth so as to form the deep trench. The etching mixture comprises a conveying solution and an etchant, and the viscosity of the conveying solution is higher than that of the etchant. The conveying solution is spin-on-glass or a photoresist, and the etchant is tetramethylammonium hydroxide, ammonium, or hydrofluoric acid. The volume ratio of the conveying solution and the etchant is preferably between 50:1 and 20:1.

The solid electrolyte membrane comprises a sulfide electrolyte material and polymer particles dispersed in the sulfide electrolyte material; on the basis of 100 parts by mass of the total mass of the sulfide electrolyte material and the polymer particles, the mass of the polymer particles is 1 to 50 parts by mass; and no less than 90 wt % of the polymer particles have a size of 1 μm to 500 μm. Once compression-molded in conditions of 100 MPa to 500 MPa, the polymer particles have a compaction density of greater than 95% and a breaking strength of higher than 50 MPa. The mechanical properties of the solid electrolyte membrane can be improved so as to inhibit the propagation of cracks throughout the solid electrolyte membrane, thereby effectively solving the problem of lithium dendrites running throughout the solid electrolyte membrane.

These oxidants can decompose surrounding organic matters and can kill bacteria as well as de-odor. In case of thus coated bottle container containing beer, UV light or strong light cannot enter substantially into the beer contained therein to oxidize hop components in the beer, and consequently, the intact taste of the beer can be retained. In addition to effects of killing bacteria and de-odoring, copper particles incorporated in the layer can promote absorption efficiency of UV light or strong light, while the alcohol-based compound added in the solvent of the coating composition can form a protective film of silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) and the like so as to prevent the bottle container made of organic material from degeneration by oxidative decomposition.

And optionally, at the pressure of 1 MPa to 20 MPa, the elastic coating has a compression deformation of 30% to 60% and an elastic modulus of 5 MPa to 100 MPa. In the negative electrode plate containing the elastic coating provided by this application, the elastic polymer included in the coating helps reduce the elastic modulus and the internal stress, while the conductive agent helps improve the conductivity of the coating to reduce transference resistance of the electrons. The elastic coating can effectively alleviate a volume change generated during charging and discharging processes of a lithium secondary battery, reduce an internal stress caused by volume expansion of the negative electrode during the charging process, to inhibit a short circuit, and reduce interface contact failures caused by volume shrinkage of the negative electrode during the discharging process.

A method for ensuring normal operation at an Early Power-On Self Test stage of a computer device is proposed. The method is applied to the computer devices having a timing function. A largest execution time for at least an Early POST program is preset, and the actual execution time of the Early POST program is counted when the computer device is activated. If the execution time of the POST program is greater than the largest execution time, the computer devices will then be restarted, the POST program will be re-executed, and the timing process of the POST program will be performed again, until execution time of every Early POST programs is smaller or equal to the corresponding preset largest execution time. Upon which, the timing will be terminated, and the computer devices will be able to enter into the stage of Later POST. This method ensures any Early POST program causing the system to hang to be cleared by automatically restarting the computer system, so that users will not experience system hangs during the Early POST stage.

A small motor drives an eccentric cam which is further connected with a drive rod with an elongate needle detachably disposed at the front end thereof, and the motion of the eccentric cam produces a reciprocating movement on the elongate needle which is received in a casing with its pointy tip retractably sticking out of a small bore of a frontmost cap. The cap is provided with an opening on the wall so that cotton with dye liquid can be stuffed therein, and each time the needle can acquire small amount of dye liquid in its repeated motion through the dye contained cotton. The use of rechargeable source makes the operation of the present machine with less vibration and the small size facilitates the safe holding of the same in operation.

The first retarder film is coated with a bonding layer made of crosslinking agent on one side and the bonding layer is directly laminated onto the bottom surface of upper polarizer film. The second retarder film binds to the side of first retarder film away from the upper polarizer film. The optical compensation structure is coated with the bonding layer to address the drawback of prior art where the upper polarizer film and the first retarder film are not closely adhered to each other, thereby allowing the use of one less substrate and offering a thinner compensation structure. When applied to liquid crystal display (LCD), the optical compensation structure improves the contrast and color shift problems of LCD at oblique viewing angles.
