A compound of claim 1 , selected from:6-(1-(1-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-cyanoethyl)cyclopentyloxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid;6-(1-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-cyano-1-cyclopentylethoxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid;6-(2-(1-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-cyanoethyl)cyclopentyloxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid;6-(2-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1-cyano-2-cyclopentylethoxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid; and6-(3-(1-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-cyanoethyl)cyclopentyloxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid;or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any of the aforementioned.14. A compound which is:6-(4-(1-(2-cyano-1-cyclopentylethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acidor a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any of the aforementioned.15.
