Disclosed are a sensor strip and a biomaterial measuring device using the same, wherein the structure of the sensor strip and a dispensing method of constituent components thereof are changed so as to correct the interference of hematocrit irrespective of blood glucose concentration such that a specific biomaterial of a bodily sample such as blood can be measured.
