The present invention provides a composition for treating hair, skin, or fiber, comprising a cationic cellulose polymer. The composition of claim 8 , wherein the reactive dye comprises a chromophore selected from azo claim 8 , anthraquinone claim 8 , phthalocyanine claim 8 , formazan claim 8 , and tripendioxazine.11. The composition of claim 6 , further comprising an anionic surfactant.12. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the polymer is comprised in an amount of 0.01 to 1 wt % by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.13. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polymer provides the use for transferring an active ingredient to hair claim 1 , skin claim 1 , or fiber by allowing an OH group comprised in α claim 1 , an OH group comprised in β claim 1 , or both to be bound to the active ingredient.15.
