The invention discloses a pressure-driven heart assisting device which comprises a blood pump body, the blood pump body comprises a hard hollow shell, an inner bag is arranged in the shell, a pressure bag cavity is formed between the inner bag and the inner wall of the shell, a blood storage cavity is formed in the inner bag, the two ends of the blood storage cavity are the inlet end and the outlet end respectively, and the inlet end and the outlet end are connected with an artificial blood vessel respectively. The outlet end is provided with a one-way valve for the blood to flow out from the blood storage cavity in one way; the pressure bag cavity is connected with an in-vitro pressure driving device through a catheter; the pressure driving device regulates and controls the pressure in the pressure bag cavity, so that the blood storage cavity is contracted or relaxed, and pulsating type blood discharge is achieved.
