The function of the anaerobic disposal plant for solid and/or liquid organic substances is characterised in that the substrate to be fermented is basted in a heated inoculation liquid from a second vessel. As a result of the possible sequential connection of disposal units of the same type, substrate pretreatment apparatuses and substrate secondary treatment apparatuses first installed can be used for all units, even those extended later, as a result of possible displacement. As a result of the additional use of appropriate feed and take-off apparatuses, (e.g. grabs), fermentation even of uncomminuted solid-rich material is possible.

A farmyard manure gas fermenter is a horizontal cylinder, made of steel, plastic, concrete, wood or combinations of them. One side wall has pipes for the gas extraction, for the supply of fresh manure and the pump connections for the sinks and floats layers. The opposite side wall has pipes for the outflow of the digested manure, for a recirculation and for the removal of extreme floats or sinks layers. This creates a plant which can be produced at a capital cost which equals the savings of fuel oil by the gas produced. It requires little maintenance.

The mandrel drive can be a double-acting hydraulic motor or an electric motor and the base frame can be in the front loader, stacking forks on the three point linkage system of an agricultural machine. The pick-up plate has a diameter of at least 70 cm but is smaler than the base frame. The inner pick-1p mandrels are longer than the outer ones to achieve a regular coiling up to the middle of the bale. The pick up plates are 15-25 cm from the base frame to prevent braking action by the crop stalks.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biogasanlage mit flexibler Glocke, die wechselweise als Substrat- oder Gasspeicher Verwendung finden kann. Wie aus dem Bild ersichtlich, ist die flexible Glocke dabei mittig aufgehängt und bewirkt einen entsprechenden Druckausgleich bei Gas- oder Substratzufuhr bzw. Gas- oder Substratentnahme durch seitliches Auseinandergehen oder Zusammenziehen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Glocke durch eine Preßverbindung mit dem Behälterrand verbunden. Das System kann vorzugsweise zur anaeroben Vergärung von organischem Substrat in Speicheranlagen eingesetzt werden.
