The present invention relates to a dressing hemostatic pad in which an alginate nonwoven fabric having excellent hydrophilicity, hemostasis effects, and biocompatibility, a polyurethane foam having excellent absorbing capacity, and a flexible adhesive band capable of being attached to skin are sequentially laminated. A contact section of the polyurethane foam and the adhesive band is located inside of the contact surface of the adhesive band, and the alginate nonwoven fabric is smaller than the area of the grounded polyurethane foam (120). A constituent fiber of the alginate nonwoven fabric is a calcium alginate fiber obtained by dissolving sodium alginate in distilled water and performing wet-spinning through a coagulating bath using calcium chloride.
