The compounds (A) and (B) are employed at an equivalence ratio EpO (A):ZH (B) in the range from 1.3:1 to 400:1, and in a second step (ii), the reactive mixture thus obtained is converted, in the presence of a catalyst if need be, with one or several non-ionic compounds having a HLB value of less than 12, and containing at least two oxirane groups per molecule (compounds A), and with one or several compounds (C) selected from the group of non-ionic compounds having a HLB value of less than 12, and which contain at least two H-acid groups. The compounds (A) and (C) are employed at an equivalence ratio EpO (A):ZH (C) in the range from 1.1:1 to 20:1. Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Additiv-Masterbatches bei der Herstellung von Massenkunststoffen. Dabei setzt man solche Additiv-Masterbatches ein, die dadurch erhältlich sind, daß man zunächst zu wenigstens einem Basispolymeren (a) ein chemisches Treibmittel gibt, die Masse schmilzt, vor und/oder nach dem Schmelzen mischt, und die Mischung unter Bildung eines schüttfähigen, porösen Trägermaterials abkühlt, mit der Maßgabe, daß man in einem Extruder oder mehrwelligen Kneter-Extruder arbeitet und wenigstens zeitweise ein inertes Gas in die Schmelze von Basispolymer und chemischem Treibmittel einleitet und den derart hergestellten Kunststoffschaum anschließend mit einer flüssigen und/oder aufgeschmolzenen Mischung belädt, wobei diese Mischung 0,01 bis 50 Gew.-% -bezogen auf die Basispolymeren ein oder mehrerer Fettsäureamide (b) und 0,001 bis 1000 ppm ein oder mehrerer Übergangsmetall-Verbindungen (c) Metallgehalt der Übergangsmetall-Verbindungen bezogen auf die Basispolymeren-enthält. Bezüglich der Struktur und der Menge der Verbindungen (b) gelten spezielle Maßgaben.

In diesem Verfahren werden Polymere, die Carboxyl-, Amino- und/oder phenolische Hydroxylgruppen aufweisen, mit Delta-2-Oxazolinen umgesetzt, die in 2-Stellung durch den Phenylrest oder einen langkettigen Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest mit 7 bis 23 C-Atomen substituiert sind. Die Reaktion verläuft schnell und führt im Ergebnis zu einer Verbesserung der Hydrolysestabilität von Polyestern und Polyamiden. Bei Verwendung von entsprechenden Bisoxazolinen wird zusätzlich eine Erhöhung des Molekulargewichts erreicht.

Procedimiento para la obtención de cuerpos moldeados, fibras y láminas basados en polipropileno, sometiéndose una mezcla que contiene: a) predominantemente uno o varios polipropilenos, y b) un 0, 01 a un 5 % en peso -referido a los polipropilenos- de uno o varios aditivos de pegamentos, y c) 0 o 0, 1 a 1.000 ppm de uno o varios compuestos de metales de transición -contenido en metal de los compuestos de metal de transición referido a los polipropilenos- a temperaturas en el intervalo de 180 a 330ºC, de modo habitual, a una elaboración conformante, y sometiéndose los cuerpos moldeados, fibras y láminas obtenidos de este modo a un tratamiento subsiguiente de dos etapas a continuación, sometiéndose los cuerpos moldeados, fibras y láminas u en primer lugar a un tratamiento por inmersión en un baño que contiene al menos un disolvente orgánico, y un 0, 1 a un 100 % en peso -referido a la cantidad total de disolvente- de al menos un compuesto d), que contiene una o varias veces la unidad estructural -CH2-CH=CH-, y un 0, 01 a un 5 % en peso -referido a la cantidad total de disolvente- de al menos un compuesto de metal de transición, y a continuación u a un tratamiento térmico.
