The slurry system vehicle has a storage surface (18) for the hose above the slurry tank (14), and a slewing and derricking telescopic hose boom. Driving rollers extend and retract the hose, which slides over the storage surface. The latter is fixed to the tank, and a slewing ring (34) is mounted on the top of the latter, clear of the surface and on a vertical axis (50) for the boom (44), which derricks on an axis (72) parallel to the surface. First driving rollers (110) for the hose (30) are mounted between the ring and the surface, and second ones (106) at the boom, so that there are rollers in front of and behind the two axes (50,72).

The vehicle has a high-pressure hose (16) and a suction hose (22), which can be guided on a common telescopic boom (24), over the front or rear regions of the vehicle. The high-pressure hose can be wound on and off a reel (14), and the suction hose can be fed on and off a storage device (20). The end region (26) of the boom can be positioned over a pivoting range from approx. 0 to 70 deg., esp. 60 deg., on either side of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The hoses can be guided locally in the boom by rolling elements (50,52,62), at least some of which are motorised.
